UPDATE – MAY 04th 2020: As the Government of India begins to ease down the country-wide lockdown and the imposed restrictions, 42Works remains vigilant in its fight against the COVID-19 pandemic spread. 42Works will continue with the WFH Operations for all the team members till May 17th and will reassess the COVID-19 situation on May 15th.

The health & well-being of our employees and customers is our apex priority. Starting March 18th all our employees are required to work from home and we’re keeping both our staff and our customers updated on the latest developments. Remote Communication and Work from Home Office
42Works was one of the first few companies in the region to take notice of the rising threat of the COVID-19 situation and initiated a total shift towards Work From Home operations from the 17th March. For us to maintain our work efficacy, 42Works has been conducting daily Skype calls and team meetings along with encouraging participation in different activities to keep all the teammates engaged and motivated.
Our business continuity plan has been developed keeping in mind the interests of our staff and customers. To safeguard our employees, we have distributed all the essential equipment to enable them to function seamlessly while working from home. As a result, we have been able to deliver unhindered 24/7 support & service to our clients while also heeding to their urgent needs.

Flexible Recruitment Process & Remote Onboarding
We are continuing to hire for open positions and have adopted a fully virtual recruitment process. All candidate interviews will take place via phone or Skype for the foreseeable future. We have made the onboarding process fully virtual to ensure that new hires are set up for success in their roles, despite the challenging environment. All training sessions and knowledge transfers of existing projects are now taking place remotely.
