Defining user roles with clear responsibilities, managing complex task assignments, enabling seamless product and purchase order management, and designing an intuitive interface for diverse user roles.
approach
We implemented Role-based Access Control (RBAC) to assign specific permissions and access levels for Admins, CRMs, Designers, and Account Executives. A comprehensive job management module was developed for CRMs to create jobs, assign tasks, and track progress. Product and PO management features were integrated, allowing Account Executives to add products and generate POs seamlessly.

The CRM system improved workflow management, ensuring everyone knows their responsibilities and facilitating smooth collaboration, resulting in higher productivity. Customers received clear instructions and quick responses, enhancing satisfaction and business growth.
